Summit came out and reviewed my insurance adjusters report and the storm damage to my house. We put a plan in place after reviewing the material options and choices. We unfortunately sustained extensive damage to our home and two out-buildings due to recent inclement weather. Knowing the complexities involved dealing with insurance companies, we wanted a local company that had extensive experience with claims along with the ability to provide an expert evaluation of damages. After doing some local research and seeing other properties in the Southern Maryland area that sustained damages and had their roofs replaced, we reached out Summit Exteriors. We requested Summit Exteriors after noticing hail damage. We had seen Summit in our area completing other roofs and saw that they were doing excellent work. Mr. Taylor from Summit came immediately out and assisted with everything needed for the insurance claim. Once approved the work was scheduled and completed right on time. Robbie and his team did an outstanding job on my roof installation prior to my placing my house for sale. I had a flat roof that needed repair which added some additional time. Summit did a excellent job on my homes roof. I had a Leak in my roof, gave summit a call and they were out the following day. I ended up getting a new roof and they had my roof ripped off and installed the same day. Very professional and very thorough. I have not found 1 nail in my yard since. Last year I called to get an evaluation on my roof. I didn’t want to start any other projects until I was sure the roof was okay. The first company didn’t go on the roof and would not provide a quote when I wanted to know if it would be covered by my insurance. The second company was too busy to return my calls. Finally I called Summit. They came out and climbed up on the roof right away. They identified the issues, talked me thru all options and helped me navigate the insurance claim process. They were on site when the insurance evaluator came out, just in case they might have questions. The team was here waiting for first light and worked until sunset cleaning up.
